With more than 150 more auctions this weekend than the same time last year the market passed the first big test of spring with a clearance rate of 82 per cent.Some vendors may be wary of the impact of the federal election with uncertainty about which Saturday it will occur on. The weekend saw 768 auctions and some very impressive results many properties selling well above reserves. Next weekend there are more than 900 auctions scheduled across Melbourne.
