Enzo Raimondo, CEO REIV said that demand at this weekend’s auctions improved leading to a higher clearance rate than last weekend. The clearance rate increased to 65 per cent from a total of 477 auctions held, with 168 being passed in (94 of those on a vendors bid).
This weekend is the last weekend in the June quarter, the results of which will be released by the REIV on the last Saturday of July.
