“Demand at auctions this weekend did not increase to any great degree compared to last weekend which is not a great surprise given the last of the major banks increased their interest rates earlier in the week. The clearance rate was 63% per cent with 306 homes sold and 177 passed in from the 483 auctions held this weekend.”
