There is no compromising on Public Liability Insurance. It is a must! It is your public liability insurance that will protect you in times of slips and falls at the property.
It is our company policy to hold a copy all current Public Liability Policy covers for each property.
If you have taken out Landlord Protection Insurance with our office, you will automatically be covered for Public Liability.
Public Liability cover is also “often” included in your building insurance.
